What drives you to spend what I imagine would be lots and lots of time creating what I consider to be an incredibly valuable program? I appreciate so much that you do it. You're making Windows Mobile work the way it should. I think I speak for everyone who's ever downloaded your program when I say "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

for developers, especially freeware application developers, the drive comes from the responses of users. the more comments/suggestions/interest users give to the developer, the more it drives him/her to improve the application.

The main reason is simple "Programming is my hobby". off course there is alot of people who spend the their time pop their hobby, isn't it?
The second reason is exactly what oldsap said. If my hobby even useful for everyone it is more great.
It also something valueable for my career as programmer. I can use this program for my main portofolio. I think nothing wrong with it! I had alot of free time in my works and my home. one difficult thing for of just internet connection :D.
If I can work with full time for smarttoolkit it will even more sweeter.
I am sad that in my country, anything about technology is come so late, and we can only act as customer rather than producer. But I am so proud with my self, That I can do more with technology even so hard to found the facility.
May be you will more understand if you on my position :D.
