I am now using the latest version RC08D, i dunno if it is a compatibility issue but when i use the navigation function of the keypad, u can no longer access the option button (left & right sofkeys) os some apps e.g. sms options, smart explorer en etc. & the fade effects dont work on my fone either but im not expecting it to work on my old phone. Lols

when trying to look at contacts on the start menu
start>>> right direction>> mycontacts

i can move down two contacts and then the htc s621 (s620 ,dash, ect) locks up and i am required to remove the battery to restart the device.

useing both the roms

RUU_Excalibur_HTC_WWE_Brightpoint_US_1.33.422.1_4.1.13.51_03.07.90_Ship

RUU_Excalibur_ROGERS_WWE_1.30.631.2_4.1.13.47_02.98.90_Ship

great app otherwise.
hope to see more development and i plan to purchase it when all is done..

Yes, i had the same problem on my HTC S710. Sometimes, the task key freeze my device too. I found those two bugs on RC09 version.

RE:mycontacts on start menu lock up
You probably have "empty contacts" on your standard contact list. Empty means only name - no phone number, no e-mail or other data. Such contacts with only name causes "mycontacts" to freeze the phone. It's known bug. Remove "empty contacts" from your contact book (by editing them in standard contact application and all problems will go away :)

RE:mycontacts on start menu lock up
there's actually a "work-around" for this... when my Q9h locked upon accessing my contacts, i just pressed the messages hotkey and waited for the messaging app to start. in the messaging app, just press and hold the home hotkey and there should be a menu which allows you to turn your phone off. it does feel better than taking the battery off and cutting the power of the device. hope this helps somehow.
